RYBL will be having its wrapup Jamboree on Saturday February 18. We will be having a wrapup tournament with more games and activities to cover the "snow day" we missed!

note: The Richmond Leisure guide does state that jerseys are included in the registration cost. The price in the leisure guide for our program is $150. The registration fee for our program this year is $125 as the jersey cost was no longer included.

Parent’s Code

1. Remember, children are involved in The Richmond Youth Basketball League for their enjoyment, not yours.
2. Children learn best by example.
3. Encourage your child to always play by the rules.
4. Accept your child’s mistakes and disappointments with positive reinforcement.
5. Accept all official’s decisions and respect their integrity.
6. Help your child understand that basketball is a team sport not an individual sport.
7. Teach your child that an honest effort, hard work and fun are just as important as a victory.
8. Please use appropriate language at all times.

Player’s Code

1. Play for the fun of the game.
2. Play by the rules.
3. Cooperate with your coach, team mates and opponents.
4. Work hard for your team and yourself.
5. Respect and accept the officials’ decision.
6. Control your temper.
7. Be a good sport and treat all players with respect.

They all attended the grand openning of Steve Nash's new gym.
They recieved VIP treatment, got a tour, great food and a chance to meet Steve and get autographs!!
Thanks to Basketball BC for aranging this opportunity and thanks to Senen and Bernard for taking control of our group of RYBL players !!
