RYBL will be offering several basketball camps throughout the summer run by our head RYBL instructors. These camps will focus on building basic fundamentals and promoting fair play. All classes will be held at Hugh Boyd Secondary School.

This is an introduction basketball skill development program running Friday nights. The fundamentals will be taught in a fun, safe atmosphere to suit the needs and abilities of young children. This program is run by volunteer parents and coaches, so if your interested in coaching or helping out, please call 604.718-8448.

RYBL Steve Nash Youth League

RYBL is a recreational, developmental league for 8 - 15 year olds which focuses on teaching game skills and encouraging team play. One practice & one game each week. Teams practice once a week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings) and play a game on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm at different Community Centres and schools throughout Richmond. RYBL is volunteer driven so parents and youth are encouraged to participate in the league as team managers, coaches and/or assistant coaches.

Pre-Season Camp
13-18yrs (Grades 8-11)
$24/player A four week tune-up for grade 8-10 players.
Each session includes a half hour practice and a one hour game. Practices and games will be supervised and games will be officiated. Fine tune your skills and get into shape for the RYBL season or your school tryouts.
4 Sessions in total, Saturdays - Oct. 18, 25 & Nov.1 & 8.

Metro League –
Richmond Under 13 Boys Rep Team
All players who join RYBL ($139) are eligible to sign up and try out for the U13 Rep team which represents Richmond. Players must be under the age of 13 as of January 1st, 2009 to be eligible. This is a very competitive Sunday league with tryouts scheduled for late September. The season runs approximately October – March.. Check the website at www.rybl.net for tryout dates.
